Meeting Rooms and Headsets That Don't Get in the Way

Nobody remembers a meeting that started on time with clear audio. Everybody remembers the one that opened with five minutes of "can you hear me?" We deploy and support Jabra video bars, touch controllers, and headsets so your team stops noticing the technology and just has the meeting.

A meeting that opens with:

"can you hear me?"

has already gone wrong....

Meeting Tech Is Infrastructure Now, Not an Extra

Video bars and headsets used to be a line item nobody thought hard about. For a hybrid team, they're closer to core infrastructure. If they're unreliable, people stop turning cameras on, stop dialling in properly, and quietly default back to email.

We manage the deployment and lifecycle with the same discipline as any other business system, because that's what it's become.

The Work We Do

We supply and install the full Jabra range: PanaCast video bars, touch controllers, speakerphones, and headsets, matched to how each room is actually used, not a one-size-fits-all spec. Every device is configured and platform-tested for Teams, Zoom, or Meet before it goes anywhere near the room, so there's no fiddling with settings on install day. From a single huddle room to a full floor refit, we manage supply, staging, and installation as one project rather than a pile of boxes for your IT team to sort out.

Camera and microphone placement only works if it's matched to the room it's going into. A PanaCast tuned for a 4-person huddle space behaves differently in a 12-person boardroom, and we design around that rather than defaulting to the same setup everywhere. We assess sightlines, acoustics, and existing AV infrastructure before specifying hardware, then integrate with whatever booking and scheduling systems your business already runs on. The goal is a room that works the first time someone walks in and hits "join," not one that needs a follow-up visit to fix.

Devices are enrolled and configured centrally before they ever reach site, so unboxing a new headset or video bar doesn't mean manually setting it up at someone's desk. Firmware versions, security settings, and platform configuration are pushed and managed from a single console across your entire fleet, whether that's five headsets or five hundred. It's the same discipline we apply to mobile device fleets, provisioning that scales with you instead of turning every new starter into an IT ticket.

Not every headset or video bar that claims Teams or Zoom compatibility actually delivers a native experience. Button controls, call handling, and status sync can all fall short without proper certification behind them. We deploy devices verified against Microsoft, Zoom, and Google's own certification programs, so features like native call control and presence work the way they're meant to, out of the box. That matters more as hybrid platforms update constantly, certified devices keep pace with those changes instead of quietly falling behind.

Firmware updates get scheduled and pushed centrally rather than left to prompt individual users mid-meeting, and battery health is tracked over time so ageing headsets get flagged before they start failing on calls. We manage warranty, replacement, and end-of-life planning across the fleet, so devices are refreshed on a predictable cycle rather than reactively when something breaks. The aim is a meeting room estate that ages gracefully, not one that quietly degrades until someone complains.

Panacast 50

A three-camera array delivers a genuine 4K, 180° panoramic view with up to 6x digital zoom, so a medium-sized room gets covered edge to edge without anyone crowding into frame. Eight noise-cancelling microphones and four built-in speakers handle audio for rooms up to 4.5m x 6m, extending to 7m — or 11m with the optional SpeakerMic — for larger spaces. AI features like Dynamic Composition, Virtual Director, and Intelligent Zoom keep the camera automatically framed on whoever's talking, so nobody's fumbling with manual camera controls mid-meeting.

It's built to grow with the room rather than be replaced by it — additional cameras and audio extensions can be added as needs change, instead of ripping out the whole system for a bigger space. Setup is fast with in-box provisioning, it's certified for both Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and the whole fleet can be managed remotely through Jabra Plus with enterprise-grade security built in.

Evolve 3 75 Series

Jabra's newest business headset drops the boom arm entirely — Jabra ClearVoice, powered by deep neural network technology, captures voice with over 96% word accuracy even without a mic sitting in front of your mouth. Real-time adaptive ANC adjusts to your environment on the fly and keeps working through the call, not just before it starts, and battery life stretches to 22 hours of talk time or 110 hours of music, with a 10-minute charge buying 10 hours of use.

It's built for the AI-workflow era as much as for calls — accurate enough for voice-activated AI tools to work reliably without a boom arm in the way — and manages the same way as the rest of your Jabra fleet through Jabra Plus, with enterprise-grade security and UC platform certification built in. Replaceable batteries and ear cushions, plus recycled and bio-circular materials, mean it's designed to last rather than get binned at the first battery drop-off.

Jabra-Perform75

Perform 75

Built for retail floors, warehouses, and loading bays rather than boardrooms, the Perform 75 pairs 99% noise-cancelling microphone technology with a dedicated push-to-talk button, so shift workers stay hands-free and audible over checkout noise or forklift traffic. It's IP65-rated against dust and moisture, survives 2.1m drops, and keeps working across a -30°C to 60°C range — a headset built for a cold room or a loading dock, not a desk.

A hot-swappable battery delivers up to 20 hours of call time or 50 hours of push-to-talk, so shift handovers don't mean hunting for a charger, and the modular design — interchangeable headbands, boom arms on either side, shared components that wipe down with antibacterial cleaner between users — means it's genuinely built for multi-user, multi-shift environments rather than one person's desk.
